I was just checking on a young patient who had breast implants that went terribly wrong and she'd been sick for some time.
Implants were removed but she wasn't getting better, so she came in.
She had both sessions of lymphatic drainage massage plus saw me naturopathically - and responded well.

Tammy is an amazing naturopath!! I can not recommand her enough!!! First I went to see her for the lymphatic drainage massage for unidentifiable body pain. Few sessions help me tremendously. She definitely has magic in her palms.

Tammy is amazing and a god send. I first came to Tammy with hormonal issues.
I was diagnosed with PCOS after not having my period for months and came to Tammy for help to regulate my cycles with the hope of starting a family soon.
I saw her regularly over 2 months for lympathic drainage massages and herbal tonics. And thanks to Tammy's help, my last menstrual cycle was 30 days and I was even able to fall pregnant (although it was a chemical in the end).
I truly did not think my body would be able to ovulate normally, let alone fall pregnant at all.
This, of course, is just a small snippet of what she has been able to help me with. I love our sessions together as it really feels like Tammy listens and cares about me as a person and is there to treat/help me holistically.

I have been seeing Tammy for quite some time now.
I suffer from Uclerative Colitus and have had several flare ups, beside the medication I am taking I always turn to her for help she mixes up some herbs,
and recommends vitamins that help with my condition, she also recommends the food to eat and not to eat. Tammy is very smart she knows exactly what my body is depleted in when I have a flare.
Tammy brings me into remission much quicker than taking medication alone, plus my blood count is always good when I do what she tells me.

I went to see Tammy and I am so glad I did. She was very thorough with her questions to understand exactly what my daughters syptoms where and how to treat it.
She gave me a herbal medicine and within the first day of giving it to my little one her fever had completely gone and within three days her cough was gone too.

I have suffered from bloating, stomach cramps and constipation all my life. I thought it was normal to go toilet once every 3-4 days.
I have seen others who have given me lots horrible herbs to drink which I would gag at the taste of and eventually never return.
I was going to see a specialist but was convinced to just go and see Tammy before I did. So I saw Tammy about 3 weeks ago and she gave me a fraction
of the amount of herbs to use, I have been going just about every day. The bloating has reduced dramatically and I have even started to finally
lose weight! This is something I struggled with. I feel lighter, healthy and much happier because of this.

I've visited naturopath herbalist Tammy in Greenacre since I was 16 years old and now 18,
I told her my internal pains such as abdominal pain and iron deficiency, since my visit she had recommended a herbal mixture,
intestimine, to help with my abdominal pain from my digestive problem, her herbal mixtures helped me so well especially with my appetite, since my intestinal
problem was the cause of my appetite decreasing, intestimine really just helped rejuvenate my internal system, and my appetite was improving, along with my energy in the day.
Tammy knew just what I needed and had spotted problems I didn't even realise I had, and suggested very helpful tips to improve my iron,
and also my vitamins all together that I was lacking, these include vitamin vegetable capsules that are rich in iron especially,
which she knew I needed, and that my body could absorb so well since it was struggling to absorb any good nutrients,
she knew it was the most important for me because I am still physically developing as a teenager.
I hadn't felt so happy before I had taken Tammy's herbs!, it really made positive impact in my life because she teaches us that

After many years of suffering and putting up from stomach and digestive issues, I finally made the decision to get some help.
I wanted to try and find a solution naturally first before putting my body through medical tests. Lucky, I did some research and found Tammy!
My symptoms ranged from vomiting, reflux, bloating, heartburn, pains and aches and I was always feeling sluggish.

I have PCOS and digestive issues. I had seen two brilliant naturopaths in the past that had assisted me with both these issues.
However both Naturopaths were not available due to retirement and moving overseas, respectively.
Therefore after an issue with polyps in my stomach and my PCOS getting out of control I knew I needed some help again.
After a lot of internet searches, I decided to go local and found Tammy! What luck! Tammy's knowledge and recommendations have been spot on.

Confessions of a former food allergy addict: Taking a trip down Healthy lane to Tammy Safi's Naturopath in
Greenacre in January 2013 wasn't what I had expected. It's not everyday you're told an anti-inflammatory won't cut the mustard and I had whole case of that!
From Leaky Gut Syndrome to food allergy addiction, when you become addicted to the natural pain killers your body secretes to cope with allergic reactions
to certain foods and yet unwittingly seek the next fix from the same foods in an endless, distressful cycle of Self Destruction, Madness!
For me they were Wheat, Dairy, Gluten and Soy, the Four horsemen of the Apocalypse, at least in my life at the time.
But it didn't mean the end of the world, the Mayans got it all wrong, except for Cocoa, love that Cocoa :-).
It was a new beginning, to witness the resiliency of the human body, an incredible Machine that gets more out than what you put in!
As Leaky Gut affected my spatial thinking, getting that under control was my main priority and that came with rewards and locked doors of now opening.
Cutting out foods containing allergies, helped me make healthier choices, eating a lot easier and avoided the whole stressful confusion media outlets make about a healthy diet.

I am a teacher who is constantly moving around and doing a thousand things at once.
Having energy and being on the ball as they say is a definite requirement with my work. Starting back in Dec 2013 I started feeling really lethargic,
couldn't seem to get enough sleep or energy, couldn't get out of bed, started feeling dizzy and out of breath, especially when walking short distances
or even up a flight of stairs. my skin started becoming pale, I had no colour in my lips, my face, my eyelids and I just felt so unwell.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I made my first appointment with Tammy at Greenacre Natural Therapies.
The doctors kept telling me Naturopaths and Herbalists were a waste of money. Well they couldn't have been more WRONG!
What I got was a down to earth sensitive person that was easy to talk to. She was non-judgemental and showed that she really cared.
You really get personal service that is tailored to you and what you are going through. Even my children were comfortable with her when she did an iridology test on them.
Before I started seeing Tammy I was having problems with my digestion, I was constantly bloated, sluggish and couldn't overcome feelings of depression.
I just lacked energy and motivation. The doctors recommended antidepressants and invasive tests to my digestive system, but I am so glad that I saw Tammy first.
Tammy you did wonders for my health and my diet! and the Bach Flowers remedies worked a treat to keep me motivated and keep those depressed feelings at bay.
Something else I love about Tammy are her miracle hands during my remedial massage sessions.
