It is a perfect place to come when you are ready to make those lifestyle changes and regain your old Self. Your 'good health' is my priority, and with my holistic approach you will never walk away unsatisfied.

Tammy is amazing, our family have been seeing her for 8 years (since my eldest was 4 months old). And neither of my kids have ever had antibiotics. Her holistic approach to health and well being really works and helps the body heal itself rather then throwing a band aid solution over problems.

A little about me. When I was a much younger practitioner, around 1995, Naturopathy and Iridology were considered a little too alternative for Sydneysiders. It wasn't easy practicing back then, people would come to see you with one foot in the door the other out. Yet they had done all the rounds, seen specialists, GPs, taken a ton of meds and repeated it for years and years. Those that didn't lose hope and knew deep down inside there should be a way to heal, kept looking.

They came to us as a last resort. When Folks see you as a last resort they are pretty sick. Thank goodness those days are over, now we have gained the respect we so deserved, our followers stick with us for life. Once they are hit by that health bug there's no turning back. They now know how to regain good health and keep it that way. That is why I love what I do.

We all know the saying teach a man to fish. Back in the 90s I was interviewed by many magazines and had quite a few articles out. Even a tv channel came out to Greenacre and interviewed me for a segment they were doing on child obesity. I did radio both on 2UE and a local Arabic radio station. I actually love radio, it's my favorite thing to give free advice to callers. Then I wrote a book called Healthy Teas in 2001. It's been a fun journey so far Folks.
